Kyle and Haley met through their college group at church in the winter of 2001, went on one date, and reconnected the summer of 2008 (boy, is that the short version!). We got married December 28, 2008. Kyle is a helicopter pilot in the Army and we are currently stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA. Because our family and many of our friends reside in Oregon, we are trying to stay connected via this blog. We hope you enjoy it!

I am on call this weekend, but maybe next weekend, you could come up and check out our neighborhood pool. 
Your blog is great!! It was so wonderful to meet you today. What a blessing and encouragement to meet you. It seems like we have SO much in common, not to mention the fact we are going through the exact same trial right now with deployment. We definitely will have to get together sometime soon.
